Bohuslän (Bahusia in Latin), is the Westernmost province and located along the Skagerrak Straits with Uddevalla as the largest city.

Bohuslän is bordered to the north by its old mother country of Norway and to the east by Dalsland, and Västergötland. To the south, the border goes to Västergötland and across to Hisingen in the municipality of Göteborg. It is known for its fishing, salt baths and sunny rocks. Bohuslän has 20,000 registered ancient monuments.
